Who am I
I am Tuğçe and I am originally from Turkey. I am a chemist with master degree in Polymer Chemistry. All my educations and previous experiences were in Turkey, until 2019.
Previously I was working in a petroleum refinery as Laboratory Chief. In 2019 my husband and I decided to move to the Netherlands for new challenges. A couple of months later I started to work at Nemho as Team Leader Chemical Laboratory, part of our Materials, Instrumentation and Characterization (MIC) group.
I love travelling and exploring new places & cultures.
What I do? 
Currently I am leading a group of 4 people who are focused on chemical tests, characterizations and method developments. We are collaborating with R&D groups, Quality and Compliance departments to contribute development of high quality products for the Broadview Materials Group.
What drives me?
Nemho has a great multinational community. I enjoy a lot to work with such creative people to produce next generation products with innovative ideas. It is really nice to be part of a company which grows day by day.
In 2019 my first task for Nemho was the relocation of the laboratory. Now it is a big proud moment for me to being witnessed this big step to state of art, well designed facility. At Nemho there are lots of opportunities to learn and improve yourself and you will always be supported for it.
